Unopened Blitz Pack not there but still shows on unopened count

A Blitz pack disappeared after the program was removed. I had a 91ovr fantasy pack and I was waiting to select to see how the prices changed. When I logged on the next day after the program ended the main screen showed "1 unopened pack" but when I clicked it it showed "no unopened packs." I have chatted with EA Help who cannot seem to figure out what is going on. Even now with other packs and presents the count on my unopened packs is still always off by 1. Will i ever see this blitz pack again? Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
