Update for those still waiting on Ultimate Alumni makegoods?

Opened a case, have not received an update. I am owed all of the rewards for completing all 70 stars in the Ultimate Alumni challenges in CFB 25. Any update for those of us who still haven't received our awards or still just radio silence?
