Was not given the ability to purchase step 4 of the UL step-up offers

Question

After purchasing step 3 of the ultimate legend step-up offer, I check the store to buy step 4 to see its not in the store after being ADVERTISED that I would unlock step 4 after buying step 3. Below I have provided a clip of me buying step 3 and seeing step 4 not being anywhere. Contacted support and was told to post in here where someone will be able to help.

This issue was reported to the team along with a couple of other picks like this one, and they are currently aware of these reports from players. When it comes to this type of content, the game team has to review it before any actions take place in the game.
