Where are my EA PLAY Rewards?????

I have been an EA PLAY subscriber for years and for some reason with EVERY new version of Madden I ALWAYS have issues claiming my EA PLAY rewards and this year is no different. How's come the game is acting like I don;t have an EA PLAY Account when I do in fact have it with my XBOX Game Pass subscription
