When it comes to content being removed from an account like this, it only happens for a few reasons. Typically, a compromised account - TOS sanction - a persona was removed, which wipes progress.
However, if you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.
- Click Contact Us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game from which your account was banned or suspended. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose the EA app.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage My Account, then Banned or Suspended Account.
- Click the Select Contact option.
- If you haven’t already done so, sign in to your account with the ban or suspension.
