Why did team builder solos get removed?

What happen to team builders? Why would you ever remove it?
I have players I want to upgrade, but I don’t have access to team builder tokens, and there is no way to earn or receive them now!?! 

Every is going to start to get 40/40 team chemistry but that’s impossible without team builder tokens. Someone please help?
