Why did they revoke my season four madden 25 pass after update

After latest update it revoked my season four pass, which was previously purchased, and now I am no longer receiving my rewards. When will this be fixed and is a rip off and it’s stealing money this ...

So I’m not the only one that’s absolutely insane dude they have daily achievements and the progress has no way of fixing itself once we pass that achievement we are just out of luck? This needs attention as soon as possible and complete BS.

How will this be addressed? Does anybody have a direct one 800 number or anything for contact purposes to bring this to EA‘s attention please help!
