Why do I still receive a loss after the desync in Mut Squads

Question

I was 1 game away from the superbowl and was de synced from the game which says that the stats won’t count and I won’t get a win or loss and yet after coming back to squads playoffs it gave me the loss and promoted me with no rewards a game before the superbowl, how do I get my record back? Or my packs and something??? this is the 2nd time I was a game away from the superbowl and got a desync. Now my squad mates are going to the big game and I have to start over.&nbsp;

bruhhh look at the posts people but and notice how the community managers hardly even comment on them, this issue you have has literally been going on since 21. same message same result. this is a company whom has the "simulation football" rights aka the monopoly they have been running. the same issues go on year after year. right now they cant even show transparency with content they owe. the company will never change there ways, forget about every part except ultimate team. the funny part is if you ever notice issues with the server, sure enough go check the store and youll see its up and running.

if any staff or mods want to comment on this post and tell me im wrong. provide facts, because the rest of the community has been experiencing this as well.
