My Ultimate team is locked and i don’t know why after the update it says i don’t have access
Been down since the update. Still not allowing me into it, says I don’t have access. I have the full version for the series X. Been playing ultimate team all week. Now it’s broken, since this “update”.
Yes mine is still locked. Tried around 12 midday UK, it's not 4pm and still locked.
It's odd though, the Tim Tebow rated79 card is being advertised for today to start season2 but I got that last night which was still season1 when I started my UT.

So the recent update for Madden25 has just downloaded and after logging in to play I can't get into Ultimate Team (series X). There's a white padlock to the left side of the 'Ultimate Team' text selection.
Why is this?
I only set my UT up yesterday and played 1 game through to completion. Also finished the intro challenge. Bought the ultimate edition bundle as well.
Any help or answers would be great.
