Why is my record not showing on Champions leaderboard?
I just finished 19-1 in Champions this week, which puts me in the top 8 on the global leaderboard. However, when I look on the top leaderboard, I'm not appearing.

I should be 6th-10th on the global leaderboard right now. This means that I am a top 10 player world-wide for the week. But for whatever reason, I'm not showing up on the leaderboard, and it appears that my record was wiped. My monthly leaderboard has the 19-1 record, but all the previous week's records' were wiped. I'm not having any luck contacting EA. Would be great to get some help or an explanation. Imagine finishing top-10 in the world just to have your record wiped. Good ole' Madden. Time stamps included in the metadata.
