Will there be a chance to receive missing MCS player Garret Wilson?

I got screwed by twitch and the progress wasn't properly tracking and did not get Garret Wilson, I know every year there's a MCS champ that you put past ones into a set to receive, including Garret Wilson, will the last stream offer a fantasy pack of past ones in case you missed one this year?? or am I out of luck. Or is there any chance twitch help or ea help could give me the card, I watched for the full duration but it did not track properly.
