Wrong genki force player recieved

Hey, I was advised by support chat to put my problem here and maybe get some outside help. I saved up all my power currency to buy the 96 ovr fantasy pack for the Harrison smith card, but received the BND version. I love the card, he’s one of my favorite vikes of all time but not getting the ability to auction the card really sucks for my ability to build a future team, because I sunk almost all my mut coin trying to chase this pack.
