I'm afraid this is not something we're able to assist with via the forums. The only team that's able to review account actions such as bans or suspensions would be the Terms of Service team.
You're able to submit multiple appeals and a different member of the ToS team would review our records for each request, though at some point there is a limit of how many times the same records and information can be reviewed while hoping for a different outcome. Unfortunately, based on what you've mentioned it appears this has reached that point after multiple reviews.
If our ToS team has declined to remove an action after multiple reviews, that would be final and not something that can be changed here or through other channels.
