2 Overtime playoff glitch

Was in a playoff game that went to two overtime, and as the second overtime, started the game completely just shut down. It gave my opponent the ball at midfield on second down for no reason and then once they progressed the ball up the field, they kicked a field goal for the win. Totally makes no sense and this needs to be fixed immediately.
