Still Can't play Madden Superstar Mode.
Will this bug or problem ever get fixed? The last time I was able ro play superstar mode was the Saturday before Superbowl Sunday. This has been way over a month now. I'm afraid to even buy madden 27 because I don't know if the server that controls madden 26 superstar mode will be ste same server that controls madden 27 superstar mode. I mean when you spend your money on MVP Bundle plus pay for early access to the game you expect it work and if there is a problem you would think it would definitely be fixed within a week not a month or longer. So i cant hear my game in my headset. It worked fine last night when i originally downloaded the game but now i cant hear anything. I updated my headset, made sure all my settings were properly set and even uninstalled and installed the game twice. I cannot seem to find out a reason it would just stop working. Anyone think they can help? Also the game seems to be running slow and glitchy here and there.Visa byot draft event bug
I was playing the VISA byot draft game was about to advance to the 3rd stage of the event. I was on match 5 and won 42-0 and pressed finish game then it booted me back to the main menu. I then went back to the event and pressed play and it then gave me a 0-0 loss and restarted my whole draft. I would like for y'all to fix this so that this wont happen again.win game, boots you back to main menu, load event back in and says loss
I finished up a visa byot cpu draft game, actually won the game, game booted me back to the main menu and when I load back in that same event, it tells me I got a 0-0 loss against no opponent. that shouldn't happen, and I was also wrapping up level 2 on the event.
Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken
What do we expect from EA. This might be your last CTR w NFL. And u can't get any patch updates working correctly?? After patch update nearly now going on 4 days, Superstar gm modes is disabled. However MUT works lol of course cus that's your golden goose, surprisingly franchise mode working. This on a brand spanking bought Series x. And yes internet is fine and I have a 240hrz 4k sony tv w 7.1 soundbar. And yes I build computers so im pretty technically savy. SO this is not a customer issue its an EA SERVER ISSUE And yes Confired w EA online virtual chat w no resolution. Y charge 100.00 -120.00 for a video game when its worth 30.00 no more, due to no features working or available or bugged & no response from EA. EA DO BETTER!! And get this fixed ASAP. FYI that's what pops up everytime Superstar tries to get launched on Series x. However Franchise & other gm modes work fine.
SAM Required
Is SAM a required position because I got an error that I have to have one to play the game? There are not many SAM linebackers in the game. By week 1 there are none at all in free agency, but I am required to have 1 on my roster to play the game or I get an error. I looked at the other cpu teams and multiple teams do not have a SAM. Ether the game needs more SAM linebackers or need to not be required like the FB. Xbox offline franchiseH2H Leaderboards displaying as “No information”.
Hello, in Head to Head when you view Leaderbaords it doesn’t show any data. The screen displays as “No information”. I’d love to see how my record stacks up against my Friends (Division and Top 100!). Letting my homeboys at EA know that this is important for PS5 users. So ive played madden every year for 20 years if not more. On top of just barely stopping their steep decline of covering up the same old game with new colors and banners, came out with the best madden in several years (not a high bar at all). Now people have been locked out of the online part for months. Tried to find a agent or a fix, like pulling teeth and nothing worked. This is a poor excuse of a game, i get better service from free mobile games, dude i get better service from ai tekemarketers speaking the wrong language! Cant even provide basic functionality, congrats. I will go back to downloading rosters and not buying another one until 2k gets access back. Effectively, Making it Impossible to Sign and Release Players from a Certain Team Due to “Cap Room Limitations.” Releasing Certain Players on Select Teams, For Instance (Cincinnati Bengals) makes the Cap Go Negative (-$700 Million Dollars.) In no Scenario should a Player have to deal with Not being able to make Roster Moves because of a Salary Cap Issue that you can’t fix on Regular, Manage Roster mode.Old Madden 25 Ban affecting Madden 26 gameplay
Does anyone know of a effective way to get into contact with EA? I have contacted the TOS team multiple trying to appeal a ban on Madden 25. I’m not asking for the ban to be lifted, the ban is blocking access to linking my PSN that is tied to my Madden 26 MUT team. This happened because I was having connections issues getting into MUT so I reached out to support and they unlinked my PSN from my EA account. When we tried to relink it, it said there was an old PSN that’s tied to a ban on the EA account from Madden 25 that’s blocking the relink of my current PSN. I’m just requesting they modify the ban for access to linking my PSN back to my EA account. So far I have been dealing with this for 3 days and the TOS team continues to deny my request. The support team says they don’t have the power to override this problem only the TOS review team does. They have sent me the same automated response email multiple times and I’ve tried to be very clear and detailed in what I was asking them to help me with. Any solutions please help me out.
Can’t get into superstar mode error retrieving data.
As the title suggests I can’t get into superstar mode at all every single time says error retrieving data then I get a pop up up saying can’t connect to ea servers it signs me out I re sign in same **bleep** I’m currently on pc ea app never had this issue I don’t know why it’s doing this but it’s ridiculous that this game mode has so many problems.
