Defensive Players Showing Up On Offense
I am playing in Franchise mode and now all of a sudden all of my defenders are lining up as receivers and tight ends. Cornerbacks, safeties, linebackers are showing up on offense. I have tried restarting the game multiple times but everytime time I enter a game it’s doing this. This is completely unplayable.
EA Play Pro Rewards Not Syncing - Missing All Monthly Items Since August (PC)
Hello, I am writing because my EA Play Pro rewards for Madden NFL 26 on PC have not been delivered since August 2025. I have an active EA Play Pro subscription and have logged into Madden Ultimate Team (MUT) regularly, but my entitlements are not syncing. I have contacted EA Help twice and have been through two Studio escalations. My previous case was #242319128 (closed without fix), and my current case is #243024896. Missing Items: Monthly 500 Madden Points (August 2025 - Present) Monthly MUT Packs (August 2025 - Present) All EA Play Pro Edition Launch Items (Season 1 Elite, Cover Athlete, XP Boosts, etc.) Pre-order Madden Points I was told by support to post here so a Community Manager could investigate the account sync issue. Okay so on April 30th at 6:22 pm I witnessed a hacker or something sketchy. I can't find the users name and where to find them. So the game that I was win was about to end in 4 seconds and I did a hail mary and won. Then I get this "opponent lost connection" okay game ended "game results" I received nothing and just wasted like 30 minutes with that scumbag. Someone help me get my win and rewards smhUltimate team data lost
I have 8 days of playtime on madden 26 and mostly all I play is ultimate team and when I went to load up ultimate team to play today it is giving me the pick your favorite team and saying I am level one when I am max level so all of my ultimate team data is just gone, I have a 97 overall team and have bought the past 3 field passes so all of that money and all my time played is all gone
Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken
What do we expect from EA. This might be your last CTR w NFL. And u can't get any patch updates working correctly?? After patch update nearly now going on 4 days, Superstar gm modes is disabled. However MUT works lol of course cus that's your golden goose, surprisingly franchise mode working. This on a brand spanking bought Series x. And yes internet is fine and I have a 240hrz 4k sony tv w 7.1 soundbar. And yes I build computers so im pretty technically savy. SO this is not a customer issue its an EA SERVER ISSUE And yes Confired w EA online virtual chat w no resolution. Y charge 100.00 -120.00 for a video game when its worth 30.00 no more, due to no features working or available or bugged & no response from EA. EA DO BETTER!! And get this fixed ASAP. FYI that's what pops up everytime Superstar tries to get launched on Series x. However Franchise & other gm modes work fine.Charged Multiple Times – Ultimate Team Crashes, Missing Content
Title Charged Multiple Times – Ultimate Team Crashes, Missing Content, No Resolution for Months Post Content I am reporting an ongoing issue with Madden NFL 26 Ultimate Team that has been happening for months with no resolution. I have made multiple purchases in Ultimate Team. The game processes the payment immediately, but then crashes before the content is delivered. The result is simple: money taken, content not received. This is not a one-time issue. This has happened repeatedly over an extended period. What I have already done: Uninstalled and reinstalled the game Restarted console and network Verified purchases through my platform account Attempted to locate support channels (which are unnecessarily difficult to navigate) Despite all of this, the issue continues. The most frustrating part is the lack of accountability: Payments go through instantly with zero issues There is no clear, direct way to report the problem No automatic recovery of missing content No proactive support from EA At this point, this is not just a bug—it is a failure in service. If a system can consistently take payment, it should be able to consistently deliver the purchased content. I am requesting the following: Immediate review of my account and transaction history Delivery of all missing Ultimate Team content OR full refunds for failed transactions Investigation into the crash occurring during/after purchases A clear and reliable support pathway for issues involving paid content This has gone on long enough. I expect a response and a resolution. If other users are experiencing the same issue, I encourage you to report it here as well.
Franchise: Specific coach ability tiers are broken for QBs
The coach abilities "Cool Under Pressure" and "Dr. Dots" on upgraded tiers have the effect "No pressure effects on Quarterbacks". This is effectively broken for QBs as they are incredibly passive when under pressure to the point they will take a sack regardless of better options available. This happens time and time again and is especially obvious when using slow sim. This upgrade tier should be removed from these abilities or improved so QBs are still aware of their surroundings. I need some type of compensation for all the glitching that been going on. I Lost game 12 on the NFL Draft CPU due to Madden crashing and I’m mad. I put time into grinding in the event just for me to redo cause Yall can’t fix your game. Should I even waste time playing it anymore cause it not fair to people who there free time into playing the gameI have a floating head glitch
When I’m in a game and it shows my face it is a floating head with to pads or shirt on in the picture and it just ruins the game visual wise and ruins the realisticniss ea plz fix this it’s the second time I’ve asked it went away for a while aka a day now it’s back ea plz fix it
