MUT Challenges Kick Me Back to Main Menu
For the past couple weeks, I haven't been able to play any new Challenges in MUT. I have every other challenge completed, am able to play old challenges like Training Camp, and have been able to play H2H without any issues. But I am not able to access any of these without getting kicked from MUT and sent back to the main menu: - Ultimate Legends XX - Flashbacks Week 24 - Epic Challenges Season 10: Rookie Rumble - Rookie Premiere Normally I wouldn't care about completing challenges this late into the game cycle, but my main concern is not being able to do the Rookie Premiere challenges because without those, I will be unable to get the RP player that I can transfer over to M27. And yes, I have tried deleting/reinstalling the game, updating the license... the usual troubleshooting tips that I could think of. Can anyone help? There are two trophies/achievements that still cant be unlocked. "Rushing record breaker" and "Passing record breaker" have been bugged since launch. Can we get them fixed or even removed at this point. Lots of trophy and achievement hunters play and spend money on these games. So I sawEA_Kent mention the lineup glitch from too many Eternals/Royales was patched but I’m still having issues with it. I don’t get booted from the lineup menu anymore but when I tried to test out if solos would work they would not. Kept getting kicked from the server if I tried using that lineup. Can anyone from EA pitch in an say exactly what’s wrong. I get the cards with too many chemistry buckets are the problem but is it too many 100/100 TTs? Too many chems over the 100? Too many different crystal chems? Too many Crystal chems that are over 6/6? Gotta be a way to pinpoint exactly what it is while still keeping my lineup the way I want it..PS5 Trophy Unlock Issue for Rushing and Passing Records
Hello, Please review and address the ongoing issue with bugged PS5 trophies, specifically the Rushing Record Breaker and Passing Record Breaker trophies. Despite meeting the stated requirements in-game, these trophies are not unlocking as expected, preventing players from progressing toward full completion. Multiple users have reported the same issue, suggesting this is not an isolated case but a broader bug that needs attention. PS5 Bugged trophies & wrong trophy list icon
Hi. There are several trophies that are bugged / glitched on the PS5 version of the game and cannot be earned at all. "Rushing record breaker" "Passing record breaker" Please fix it, as they are completely broken. Also, please change the trophy list icon (which is a recycled icon from the Madden 23 trophy "Already in Progress" instead of the actual Madden 26 game logo). Platform Xbox Series X Game Madden NFL 26 Game Mode Online Franchise (Solo League - CPU Only) EA ID Kizphobo Xbox Gamertag nposey Issue Summary I have experienced the same critical issue approximately five separate times in Madden NFL 26. My Online Franchise will work normally for several seasons. Then, when I launch Madden on a later date, the franchise is gone. Instead of displaying my franchise, the game displays: “No save files available.” The only options available are: Create New League Browse Public Leagues Accept or Decline League Invitations It behaves as though my account has never created an Online Franchise. Frequency Approximately 5 separate occurrences. This has affected multiple different Online Franchises. Typical Timeline The issue generally happens after several seasons. Usually between: Year 3 Year 4 Year 5 Up to approximately Year 8 It has occurred: Mid-season After completing the draft/offseason When simply launching the game with no warning There are no crashes or error messages while playing. The problem is only discovered after starting Madden. Observed Behavior Sometimes: Completely quitting Madden Restarting the Xbox Series X will cause the franchise to reappear. Other times: The franchise never returns and appears to be permanently deleted. What I Have Verified I have verified: Xbox account is correctly linked to my EA Account. EA ID is correct. Internet connection is working. Madden successfully connects to EA servers. Public Online Leagues are visible (over 26 million leagues listed). Local Madden Profile save still exists. Because I can browse public leagues while my own franchises are missing, this appears to be an Online Franchise service issue rather than a console storage issue. Troubleshooting Already Performed Restarted Madden Hard restarted Xbox Series X Waited several hours Verified Xbox account is linked to EA Account Verified EA account email Verified internet connection Sometimes the franchise returns. Other times it is permanently lost. Expected Behavior My Online Franchise should always remain available. Actual Behavior The game reports: “No save files available.” My Online Franchise disappears entirely. Additional Information This issue has now caused the loss of approximately five long-term Online Franchises, representing hundreds of hours of gameplay. I am the only user in these leagues. These are solo Online Franchises against CPU teams only. Request Please investigate my EA account for: Corrupted Online Franchise records Missing franchise associations Backend synchronization issues Server-side franchise corruption Because this issue has occurred repeatedly over multiple franchises, I believe this is a backend Online Franchise issue rather than an isolated corrupted save.
"Connection Lost" Repeated Error on PC
I play Madden 26 Ultimate Team on PC, and the "Connection Lost" error has always found a way to ruin my game and lose progress. I've done CPU events multiple times where I lost all progress because the game froze or "lost connection," which triggered a loss and reset all the progress I had accomplished in MUT. I have attached a screenshot showing the error, which popped up with less than 2 minutes left to game 8 of Tier 3 CPU. This caused me to lose the game, and the several days of playing to get the 8 wins were wasted. Is there any way to recover my lost progress, or am I just out of luck (yet again)? EA: PLEASE FIX THIS! If you can't fix the connection problem, fix the game so that losing connection doesn't automatically count as a loss, and make the player reset all their progress.Possession Glitch
I’ve noticed this glitch has occurred in multiple Maddens and even the new CFB 27. When you kick a field goal before halftime when simming only offense or defense, the opposing team will get the ball, regardless if they received the kickoff first or not. It’s usually annoying and I’ve lost franchise games over this glitch. Just would like this to go away please.Superstar mode still not working
EA what is going on with superstar mode on madden 26? I literally buy the game to play superstar mode and it boots me off the server and says it can’t retrieve my data. Like come on all the other game modes work but this doesn’t. I have done everything in was told to try and fix it but nothing works. Odds of anyone at EA seeing this and doing anything is slim but come on you’re a multimillion dollar company. Not to mention nowhere can I get in contact with an actual person to help fix this. FB is running into the QB rather than leading through the hole. It works fine out of GB's Close Flex playbook. Here are the videos. I have tried different QBs, FBs. It doesn't seem to matter how intelligent the player is or the speed of either of them. Can you please look into this. Actually I wonder why all lead plays do not act as the Close Flex FB acts. Most of them hop to the side before leading through the hole. I played FB and was never taught to take this false step before destroying my target. Is there a reason for this.Helmet decals! I've been playing madden mobile in my freshman year on a samsung galaxy a15 5g with no issues but now that I change from a A15 to an A16 I'm having issues the helmets from every uniform I got or any NFL team won't show they won't show when I'm in season mode or ultimate team mode. Please EA Sports fix this issue.
Loud droning noise coming from my PlayStation 5 while in online tournament
While playing the first match of an online mut tournament today and shortly after taking the lead with seconds left in the fourth quarter, my playstation five started making a very loud droning sound for about ten seconds before the console finally shut off. Has anyone else ever experienced a similar issue? And it really is disappointing to lose a tournament because of a connectivity issue or server issue, and I am leaning towards the latter. This discourages online play for me and it seems to me there should be a better way. Is it possible that my opponent hacked and caused the problem to cheat? My console has never had an issue of any kind before.Won auction frozen at zero seconds; player item and bid coins are missing
Three days ago, I bid 1,635,000 on joe burrow eternals. The auction has been stuck on no time remaining but won’t clear. I can see the auction and that I am the sole/highest bid, that there are zero seconds remaining, but it’s not closing. I spent money on packs to get those coins and I have contacted the support team four times with no resolution. I said I would be okay with getting the player item, my mut coins back, or a refund for my purchased packs. Is there any way to get customer service for this game or has EA effectively stopped offering functional customer service? Any ideas for getting this fixed? Worth disputing with credit card company?CAN WE PLEEEEASE FIX THE CHEM PROBLEM/LINEUP ACCESS!?!?
I’m assuming that having 30 players with x7 and x3 chem increases has to be fixed pronto. These **bleep** Eternals cost me a s-ton of money, so someone suggested decreasing the chems and selling Eternal guys, I reluctantly did that and I was able to access my lineup again. Since doing that, I’ve amassed another bulk of prime players with x7 and x3 chems, and every time I insert my tight end, specifically, I get kicked out of UT, log back in and cannot access my lineup again. I’m not decreasing my chems or selling guys again, this is, AGAIN, **bleep** programming without testing and I am not sacrificing what I’ve accumulated so the game will function again - this is ridiculous man, it’s always something! Push a patch out ASAP, cmon guys - I’m embarrassed for yalleternals LTD lineup bug
Tristan Wirfs Eternals promo LTD and Jordan Davis Eternals promo LTD bugged out my lineup after putting them in my lineup. It no longer allows me to access my lineup. As soon as I do it kicks me to the front menu I can play games. I can do everything no Internet problems I’m assuming it’s one of the cards is bugged or something.Amarius Mims in my lineup prevents me from loading into any games
The Amarius Mims (which I paid for through the premium field pass btw) will crash my game if I try to load into any game, challenges, practice, h2h. I want to again highlight how absurd this is as I paid real money for this card through the premium pass, and I can’t even sell the card because it is bnd. I’ve tried everything, creating a new lineup, removing the chemestries and boosts from him. Nothing works.
