Online H2H Errors
Hi everyone, We're looking into the more recent reports we've been seeing of errors when trying to play a game in Online H2H. We've locked the original thread about these errors to help us better keep track of the reports that have been coming in since last month's title update. If you're still getting errors since the 19th of November, please reply to this thread with the following details: Which platform are you playing on? What is your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, EA Account ID, Steam ID, or Nintendo ID? What is the error message you've been seeing? Roughly when did the errors start happening for you? Are you only getting the error with Online H2H, or is it happening with other game modes? This info will be helpful for us to continue looking into these errors. Thank you!
Wireless DualSense Integration on PC
Please, please, please, integrate wireless DualSense into the PC port of this game as it's super frustrating to have to be forced to use Steam Input that presents Xbox Controls when I use a PS5 controller. Yes I know the game supports the controller wired but if you are able to connect the controller through Bluetooth on your PC and have it work on most games but on this game have it only work wired it just doesn't make much sense. I feel like this could be done in one update and help a lot of people and improve QOL a lot. I don't ask for a lot EA but please.
Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken
What do we expect from EA. This might be your last CTR w NFL. And u can't get any patch updates working correctly?? After patch update nearly now going on 4 days, Superstar gm modes is disabled. However MUT works lol of course cus that's your golden goose, surprisingly franchise mode working. This on a brand spanking bought Series x. And yes internet is fine and I have a 240hrz 4k sony tv w 7.1 soundbar. And yes I build computers so im pretty technically savy. SO this is not a customer issue its an EA SERVER ISSUE And yes Confired w EA online virtual chat w no resolution. Y charge 100.00 -120.00 for a video game when its worth 30.00 no more, due to no features working or available or bugged & no response from EA. EA DO BETTER!! And get this fixed ASAP. FYI that's what pops up everytime Superstar tries to get launched on Series x. However Franchise & other gm modes work fine.PS5 Trophy Unlock Issue for Rushing and Passing Records

Online franchise mode with Madden 26 on the Xbox Series X. When I edit a player and go to the last tab for appearance, I can edit the head but not the physique. When I select Physique, it shows me the screen with the player where I can rotate him to different angles, but the dialog to change body type (thin, muscular, heavy etc.) and the height/weight sliders are gone. They were there a day ago. Also the player image that shows up in the roster, is totally different from what I'm shown when I go to the edit player dialog. I have to go in and manually correct them to make them right. I know they are different in game as well (for instance, a QB and a punter were caucasian in the menus but in game they were AA. Also worth mentioning I created all of my teams using Teambuilder, and I have an entire league of 32 fictional teams and players.
Your connection to the Madden Ultimate Team has been lost
Was in that last 40 seconds of a game, winning 49-20 and got the message “Your connection to the Madden Ultimate Team server has been lost. The result and coins from this game will not be recorded. See http://www.ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information.” I was able to sign right back in to the servers and the game was counted as a loss. Please fix????? What is this gameShowdown extra point glitch
When playing QB in showdown after scoring a touchdown and about to go for extra points I’m not able to select any of the options before the play clock runs out especially in critical moments with the game on the line… this issue has costed me games and my rank always fluctuates because madden has this same bug every year.
