2x Strike Elite Packs

I purchased the 2x Strike Elite Pack bundle in the season special shops and when I opened it I was kicked from the game and when I came back I had no packs but missing my coins. It also shows on my main screen that I have 2 packs unopened but when i go to my packs I have no packs
