6 year madden bug and counting...

Every year for the pass 6 years for some reason when madden first comes out players in franchise mode dont sub in and out properly. And all the wrong players are on the field. The o-lineman and backup qbs are doing kickoffs and playing wide receiver. Every year for the pass 6 years  this bug exists and I dont understand. I've been playing madden since 2000. And this is an annoying bug and im tired of having to wait for the first or 2nd  patch update for this to be fix. I know the game just got released and bugs are expected but why does this one seem to never get fixed before the new game is released?
