Auto Sub Slider Issue After Update

I noticed that sub in sliders wont go above 90 and sub out won't go below 10. This wasn't an issue for me until today, I had been doing some tinkering yesterday so I know for a fact it was not an issue until the update that was pushed out today. It also appears that running backs are not affected by the auto sub sliders even a little bit. I have seen rotations at WR, DT, EDGE, LB as I would like to see but running backs do not see any rotation even with fatigue set at 100 and with auto subs set to around 88/92.
