Can’t get ranked cards

This is basically unfair I’m playing a bunch of people with a 92 rank card and I can’t get mine at all. I contacted them earlier and they said I would be able to get it soon and now I tried to contact again. They said my issue is not important. I can’t get none of the ranked cards. I literally spent so much time getting champion last season and I can’t get my cards now.
