Let us know if you can play again today.

Still same error message. Still can’t play. Can play any mode other than the one i want to (online h2h)

I’m having the same problem what are we supposed to do.?

If clearing the cache and reinstalling the game don't work, please try again after setting up a new administrator account on your PC; it might help isolate this error.

If it keeps not working, please follow the steps in our connectivity troubleshooting guide.

If the connection is involved, suggestions like changing the DNS to Google's, changing the Wi-Fi channel, and using an Ethernet cable might resolve these errors.

Another application on the PC might also be causing interference. This article provides the steps to check and turn off background applications.

Been like this since yesterday at 10PM. Deleted data, restarted my router, I am hard wired in, deleted game and re downloaded it. Still have the same problem. Please help EA.

keep getting an error message for h2h started yesterday evening and has been doing it ever since is there any fix? 

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps for the connection side of things? It might help isolate the problem.

If you are on PlayStation, it might also help to follow this guide for crashing issues, and these other steps to rebuild the database and clear the cache.

Servers not allowing me to play h2h ranked games for last 24 hours, I was currently ranked 212 and now 246 so apparently everyone isnt getting the servers not available at this time, really frustrating Madden 26, I have tried everything 

I’ve tried all of that and nothing has worked. This is ridiculous almost 24 hours i can’t play your game. I need a refund if this persists or a concrete solution this is crazy 

is there a resolusion for this I am experienceing the same on PS5 it started yesterday and is still occuring

I have same error on pc via Xbox but flipped. My play a friend seems to work but online h2h triggers the error. Have scoured to internet tirelessly and have literally tried everything and still doesn’t work 

since yesterday I have not been able to begin to even select a team to start playing online h2h game it takes me back to main menu and displays error message “our servers cannot process your request at this time please try again later……    Other than that all other game modes work online and offline for me…. It sucks because I only really play the mode that isn’t working please help

I think there's issues on the EA side. I can't even get Madden to load. I'm on PC and I usually launch from the Steam app. But that nor the EA Launcher even work. I get a message saying it's on the EA Side and to try again later.

Just downloaded the trial on my ps5 and it runs flawlessly. Idk why my PC cant access online H2H but my Ps5 can? Same EA account linked to both platforms as well and the PC is only one that doesn’t work. I would just stfu and play on ps5 but no cross progression lmao. EA you’re terrible
