Can’t change height using respec tokens from the league

I tried to change my height and it won’t let me change it. All it says is 0 pounds twice in the build creator and no option for height. I’m stuck at 6’0 and can’t do anything on defense causing me to be a liability on def.  Also the game has been crashing a lot or kicking me out of superstar showdown games for no reason.
