Cant stay in UT. Retrieving currency balance error

Now I can't play ultimate team where I put all my money it says there's a currency balance error and it keeps kicking me out of ultimate team which means I can't play. If you guys don't answer me this time and you don't fix it now, I want all the money back that I put into it. Here's a clip so that you can see you what happens if you even look at this.
