Caption Patches just another issue same as Madden 25 as it is in Madden 26.

I've played with Ravens for 8 years and I know the team only uses Captain Patches during the playoffs. Here's the problem how does a player thats been Ravens for 2 years become a Captain when his Morale is at a 50 and my Morale is at a 99? I don't know if the developers of this game understand how these little things such as Captain patch makes the game more fun and realistic, Trust me it does there is a whole section on reddit just for madden players and you would be surprised how many want a Captain Patch. What may seem little to the Makers of Madden means alot to the dedicated players who spend hours playing this game. Plus I'm not even leading the team out onto the field now. Just another day with Madden and finding out each year some things get better but the small things that mean alot to players never ever get fixed. I mean how hard is to fix? When Madden can do a update and add Snoop Dog to wave the towel at every Pittsburgh game which was added recently you would think there is some update that could be done to fix simple things like Captain Patches and Sphere Of Influence.
