Controlled player becomes stuck (Video)

Hi,

This happens when user is controlling a player on defense. The controls will lock up and the player will move on its own and cause missed plays. I don't know if this happens when I QB contain.

I don't want to reset my profile because I have been doing that since launch; it's exhausting. EA, please try to fix and recapture this bug. I really like playing the game, but I cannot play if this happens on every other down when I am trying to win. See attached video

I am also thinking about re-downloading and installing the game but don't want to loose playbooks and rosters I created. Does anyone know how to keep this information?
