Could not refund abilities
I wanted to get a new ability for my quarterback but I couldn’t afford it so I went to refund one but every time it didn’t work.

Same here. It just started for me last night. I reported it here in the forum because EA customer service is a joke. Hopefully, they fix it soon. I've tried every workaround including emptying my cache on the PS5. Nothing works.
