CRASHING AFTER EVERY H2H GAME

Looks like this has been a problem for a while based on other threads but none of them have an answer. I've tried reinstalling, repairing, updating drivers, reducing graphics, capping FPS, and none of it works. How in the hell has the game been out for this long and this is still happening with barely any response from anyone at EA??? Can't be that hard to reply to these so lets do our job and answer the questions and then move this up the chain. Ya'll have Middle East Oil money now.
