Crystal Step Offer BUG

on 10-1-25 when the crystal step up offer was added to the store, I completed the step that includes the platinum elite pack I think it is… I wanna say it’s step 3 or 4. 

i quicksold the contents of this pack and never received my coins. It was when the auction house was down for almost a full day and the game had many issues going on so I figured this was one of them. 

I contacted support and they said it’d be 72 hours and I’d get my coins. 

it’s been almost most a week & I spoke with another tech and they said they had to send it to the game team because he can see the pack and everything but game team has to review and authorize grants.

Just want my coin back or the pack, don’t really care just want this resolved ASAP. Thanks.
