Defensive line substitutions glitch

In different defensive formations, the wrong d linemen are in the game. For example, in the 4-3 even 6-1 defense, my starting right end, starting d tackle, and d tackle 2 are in the game. But, instead of my starting left end going in the game, my d tackle 3 goes in. Also, in nickel 3-3, instead of my starting d line it puts in a completely different line. My d tackle 2 goes in at right end. My d tackle 1 is correct. And my d tackle 3 goes in at left end. In nickel over, my right end 2 enters the game. The line in this formation has my right end 2 replacing my d tackle 2. This is not just an ultimate team glitch, it happens in franchise also. I have checked settings and nothing is out of the ordinary. I have tried switching playbooks and that doesn’t help. I  have looked up defense tutorials and my specialists aren’t the problem. The only thing that minimizes the issue is taking out my backup d linemen entirely. However, I use a theme team and this stops me from getting the full boosts. Everything I have tried doesn’t work and I need help. Can someone please solve this issue?
