Draft clock pause is broken

Franchise mode setting to disable the draft clock is broken. The clock looks paused but teams will draft after two minutes regardless. Even if the setting is not disabled (clock enabled), if you pause it then sim to a later pick, again the clock appears frozen but the team on the clock will pick regardless.
