Error code 264 superstar mode

Been trying to play superstar mode but won’t work EA please fix this

I’ve done everything. EVERY SINGLE TROUBLESHOOTING EFFORT IMAGINABLE. I finally gave up and attempted to fight to get help from EA. Appears that’s not possible. Unbelievable the lack of heart this company has. 

I haven’t been able to open superstar since the first  3 months of this game.

    I’ve deleted everything the app (multiple times) all of my cache? Gone. All of my data? Gone. Everything. Why the **bleep** would This bug still exist?
