Events/MutDuos

Everytime I try to play an event, it kicks me to the lobby and says “error”. It also does the same thing if I try to play defensive captain in MUT duos. This has been happening since the TOTY event and it’s very frustrating because I can’t get event awards nor can I play with my friend
