Fatigue and subs

I played through my first franchise on the PS5 and when I got to the playoffs, the bugs began. First of all, you have to have either wear and tear OR progressive fatigue on which I don’t want either and they are glitchy. After 2 plays my RB Jeanty had -12 in like 4 or 5 categories. Back to the playoffs though where it got super glitchy. After my first play, all of my offense except for my QB was subbed out and my WR consisted of my 5th string WR, 3rd string tight end, and a DB. On the next play it was all DBs. Then on the next play I had my QB 2 and QB 3 lined up at WR and they were all breathing heavy. It was like this for the rest of the game and again in the next game. Within 3 plays my entire offense was auto-subbed out and did not re-enter the game. I could sub out by formation and my starters would be back in fully rested. It has made the playoffs unplayable as I had Aiden O’Connell fatigued running go routes.
