Franchise 2nd Year Trainer Loses Abilities

Lions franchise connected online with friend who is Ravens.  Year one goes as normal, abilities are purchased and used.  Get to the next year, none of my staff gets poached (but I do replace my defensive coordinator).

Get to training camp and realize I don’t have anything loaded for the trainer.. and I don’t have any options.  Go into the coach central and my trainer is level 28 Ryan Glickowski who has NO abilities unlocked.   There’s no log of hiring or firing any trainers.
