Franchise injured player can not return

I am playing as the Vikings and Aaron Jones cannot return to the game. I have tried every single way to return him and he is not the only player. I also can not return Blake Cashman or any other players that were previously injured. They say zero weeks, but they do not report on the depth chart and you could not cut them, return them to the chart or even see them in the depth chart. I paid so much money for this game and this kind of bug is ridiculous. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I’ve been buying this game for 25 years and this is almost my last straw. Please fix this and I’m also close to requesting compensation because this game is almost unplayable especially in franchise until two months after updates. I love the franchise, and I love the game, but you cannot play it until there are multiple updates and bug fixes, which should be already fixed by the time the game is out. I work hard for my money and I work hard to find time to play this game. I’m sure other people have the same issues.
