Franchise mode unplayable bug

I’ve experienced this bug twice now across 2 different franchises, where week 18 and on into the playoffs, the game starts subbing in my CB’s as wide receivers, O-linemen as tight ends, and my backup running back is permanently in. It makes the game practically unplayable. I have checked injury reports in the off chance that EVERYONE on my offense is injured, but nope. None of my starters show up on the “substitutions” section when play calling either, just my back up running back and 3rd string tight end. When I go to my depth chart, there are no changes either. This has ruined 2 of my franchises so far, and is incredibly annoying. I will say these are fantasy draft franchises so maybe that has something to do with it? I also want to ask if anyone else has had this issue? Thank you.
