Franchise Offseason Free Agency Week 2

Made it through the first season of my franchise. Navigating through the offseason fine, then when I get to free agency week 2 of the offseason it kicks me out and I can't progress further. Has happened in 3 different franchise save files. I don't expect any help from EA so if anybody else is experiencing similar issues and/or figured out a fix... Literally anything would be appreciated.
