Franchise restarts on weekly recap (video attached to help EA team)

I noticed the game would start to freeze again when going to the favorites menu during gameplay. After I completed the franchise game and watched the weekly recap the following crash occurred. See attached video. Also I am on XBOX I thought I read some where that it's harder for developers to fix things on Xbox vs PS5 if true someone please let me know!
