Free agent DT’s aren’t being signed by the CPU

Free agent DT’s aren’t getting signed by the CPU so the depth charts aren’t being filled out. Plenty of decent DT’s available after pre-season but there’s some really weak depth charts throughout the league.  Photos attached were taken after week 1.
