Freezing in Franchise

Nintendo Switch 2. Played my 1st preseason game in my franchise and it froze after the game while trying to go back to main franchise page. It just very slowly kept cycling thru the 2 loading pages. The football and then the helmet over and over again at a snail’s pace. 

Also, my kicking meter disappeared sometime during the 3rd quarter. Had to kick blind. Still made 1 of my exps and had 1 good kickoff.
