good luck with getting help, this is also an issue with CFB26 since launch and nobody has done anything to help out in the over 2 months its been live. heck, if you are lucky the "help" will just tell you its a hardware problem and you need a new console lmao best bet is to just get a refund before EA scams you out of your ability to even get your money back.
