I'm playing on PS4 and everytime I go to the "Favorites" play tab, the game freezes for 20 seconds or longer. I've had to completely close the game multiple times, and when I've gotten back into the game and went to the tab for the 1st time it freezes again.
Yes!!!! Thank you I am not the only one! Please get them to fix this!
Same here. I'm on Xbox Series X and exactly the same issue. Cycling to "favorites" tab on pass plays causes screen to freeze -sometimes 2-3 seconds a time. Totally kills the immersion
When I go to my favorite plays in the playcall, It crashes my game, my game freezes and then it disconnects me from EA servers.
When scrolling to the favorites tab my game freezes and kicks me out of whatever I am playing. This has been going on for a few days I need help. I've be given losses because of this bug. Please help

Since playing early access, I found good success with the Bears offensive playbook, and with that I found a good number of plays that I really liked. I favorited a lot of these plays and would just run them out of my favorites tab. I've found that my game has been increasingly laggy and occasionally boots me out of my game and signs me out of EA online. I've seen a few other people have this issue and it looks like the plays in the favorites tab are duplicating, and unfortunately trying to unfavorite the play only removes one of the many iterations of that play and doesn't help. My game has glitched and gotten to the point where I have over 62,000+ favorited plays which is just absurd. Not even sure there's that many plays in the game. Hopefully EA patches this quick because other than this issue I've actually been enjoying this Madden.
The same exact thing has been happening to me for the past 7 days on PS5. When you favorite any play there’s a glitch in the game that duplicates that play you just favorited multiple times to the point that it’s causing your game to freeze and or crash. Messed up thing is You also can’t unfavorite the play either after this glitch happens so there is no user fix I have tried. This is honestly ridiculous that nothing has been done to fix this in a whole entire a week you are a multi Billion dollar company every year. You guys need to do something EA this is some BS.
