H2H - Adjusting defense causes zone mishap

For a few days now, once every 5 to 8 plays when I adjust my defense, whether activating QB contain, manning up specific players, or reassigning a new zone to a DB, the entire play get’s thrown off. For example on a cover 4, I’ll man up the outside receivers and put the safeties in deep halves, or at least I attempt to before the defense starts tweaking. All of a sudden I have the 2 strong side dbs in the same zone, or dbs assigned to the opposite dbs zone so when the play snaps, they literally high tail it out of their zone to the other side of the field…It even happens on QB contains? C3 I QB contain then all of a sudden it’s a 1 man high look and the outside db’s are literally not in a zone or manned, they just sit there, but the curls or seam flats still get into their zones…This has definitely cost me games as stick work is a huge part of my game. Please fix?
