H2H Games do not count if the player stays for the full duration

This happen twice to me already. Both of my games didn't count towards my H2H progress in madden 26.

Steps:
Start a H2H match
Finish the H2H match fully (opponent stays in the game until you see the final screen)

Expected Result:
H2H game processes and you get that win 

Actual Result:
Game Process screen does not show up
H2H game does NOT process and the game does not count + you just wasted 30 minutes of your life

This has happen to me twice and restarting your game does NOT fix it.
