Haven't received Champion token after completing S9 h2h event.

So I was told that I had to complete the season 9 h2h event 3 times to get the champion token, come to find out it only needs to be completed once. Regardless I haven't received my token at all. Will there be make-rights? I ask because I feel like I've earned that token tbh.
