I DID NOT GET THE COINS FROM MY AUCTION

I pulled the 91 OVR The KINGS HAND from a Most Feared $125,000 Coin pack and I put him on the Auction House for around 2.4M Coins. I went to my item binder and he was not there. So I thought "Oh he sold really quick" but then when i clicked off the item binder to see how many coins I had it was the same amount I had before I put him on the Auction House. I have made many complaints and they have not done anything about it. This is ridiculous and cruel of Madden 26.
