Inappropriate Name on Road to Glory transfer

I've been trying for 2 months to get my road to glory transferred to madden26 but I keep getting inappropriate name no matter the name I put in. But today I figured out when trying to start a new guy on madden it's flagged my hometown Farmville, NC as inappropriate but its available thru CFB26 and I cant change the hometown.
