Losing packs after purchase and packs not appearing in store

Has anybody else been having issues with purchased packs disappearing? Several times I have opened packs that i spent money on and the when I get halfway through opening them I get the "our servers cannot process your request" error code and it kicks me to the menu, when I load back in my packs that were purchased are gone. I've had this happen multiple times to me on madden 26 ultimate team and lost out on some big packs. I also saw today that they added they added the unreal moments duo opportunity bundle which I want to purchase but it's not appearing in my store. I asked my friends if it is in their store and all of them confirmed they have it, ive tried everything to get the pack to appear with no luck.
