Madden 26 Coach Skill Tree Issues

I play on Xbox Series X. In Franchise mode, I'm experiencing issues with upgrading coaching skills. The most notable issue involves progressing the 4-3 Play sheet.

The progression goal requires "Allow 100+ Rush Yards in a Game, Three Times". The Goal seemingly requires me to play poor defense in order to progress and unlock perks. I know this isn't simply a poorly written text as I've never allowed 100 Rushing Yards in a game for this year's title, and the skill shows no progression. I've attempted to play poorly in order to allow 100 yards but by nature of scoring on offense and not wanting to lose the game I end up giving up too many passing yards and increasing the Downgrade Progression Goal: "Allow 400+ Yards in a Game, Three Times" and risking losing the Playsheet entirely. I'm certain the intent of progressing this Playsheet isn't to intentionally "Allow 100+ Rush Yards in a Game". I can't imagine that being a legitimate strategy in football. The 4-3 Formation is a foundational Scheme and not being able to utilize the plays restricts realism and strategy.

The other issue on this topic is when selecting Playsheets with overlapping Goals, i.e. one Defensive Playsheet requires "Get 2 INTs in a Game, Three Times" and another that requires "Get 3 INTs in a Game" only one Playsheet progresses when the goals for both selected Playsheets are met. 

Lastly, it would go a long way to have some Coaching skills be passive and always active and to either have more Loadout Slots available for each category or to have separate Loadouts for each coach. There's currently no incentive to upgrade coordinators or use any of their skills when there's such a limited number of usable slots and the Assistants can leave your staff anyways. Also, having to load Player Development skills weekly rather than just having them active once earned/purchased doesn't allow them to be utilized during the first week of Preseason and Training Camp, limiting development opportunities for Focus Players.
