Madden 26 Franchise DESYNC Error

My friends and I started a connected franchise. I played one of my friends one time with no issues. I then played that same friend again and we got a DESYNC error in the 3rd quarter of our game. Then when I started the game with my other friend we get a DESYNC error right before we kick off. Could someone tell me how to fix this?
