Re: Online H2H not working

This has been happening since 8/31. An update was pushed through on 8/31 and ever since then I cannot play H2H on Madden 26 on my PS5. 

When selecting H2H online mode it states “Our servers cannot process your request at this time”

i have uninstalled, cleared cache, restored license, downloaded updated roster, power cycled, power cycled my internet, updated my system to the newest software, posted numerous times on this forum but still no answer.  

EA released an update and still did not fix the issue. I have been waiting since 8/31 to play and still not able to. 


I heard the only fix is to start a new account however I can’t even do that till January do to EA’s policies on accounts. 

PLEASE HELP.

    I have had this issue for the past four months, every time a update happened i get excited and nothing changes I cant believe I cant play online head to head.... FIX THIS ISSUE

    been asking EA for months and get nothing, I had to re purchase the game and new internet on another account just to play the game SMH

    Return each and every day just to be met with the same disappointment… also to see the amount of users bringing this to EA’s attention with no fix is such a let down :(

    There’s some text in terms of conditions. We paid for a license to be able to use their live service. None of us “own” the game. They can and are doing whatever they want. Reddit comm believes it’s on purpose in order to get users to purchase the game a second time or force the player base to play MUT and have to spend money. I’ve never seen or even heard of a company taking this long to fix an issue so small but so big to so many people. Close to a month and a half and the most info we’re being provided with is “please remain patient. Fix will come in a future update” when all we’re begging for is a timeline or conversation about compensation for the live service being unplayable post purchase. I feel for the countless people purchasing the game and immediately encountering this issue that may very well never be fixed. The lack of concise communication had led to a lot of us to spend more money when we shouldn’t have to. Crazy times.  2k is just as bad but at least they would answer an email or be more transparent and more active on their support/forum to the many grieving customers who feel like they’ve just been abandoned.

Please be understanding as we are growing most and more frustrated and impatient as each day passes. It’s only right to bare with us be able to be receptive to constructive criticism.
